Returns and exchanges
Refunds -
Unfortunately we can't offer refunds should you change your mind or purchase.
Exchange -
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange any of our hair accessories.
Faulty Items -
While every item is made with utmost care and is thoroughly checked for quality, if there is a fault or damage contact us by email with your order number, a photo and description of the fault. Returns for faulty products will be accepted within 7 days of purchase.
To arrange a refund or store credits for faulty items, please contact us via email at info@kujolabel.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items. Please quote your order number to help us find your details and send the items back to us at our mailing address.
Upon receipt and inspection of your items, we will issue you a full refund or store credits.
We regret that we can't cover the cost of return shipping as we are a small business and cannot afford to absorb it. Thank you for your kindly support.
